Services

  • We oversee and manage home construction projects from start to finish. BRC will coordinate subcontractors, handle scheduling and permits, manage budgets and materials, and ensure all work meets the highest quality standards. We serve as the main point of contact, keeping the project organized, on schedule, and completed safely and correctly.

  • As your commercial general contractor, BRC coordinates subcontractors, oversees scheduling and budgets, manages materials and site safety, and ensures the project meets building codes, regulations, and design specifications. From Tenant Improvement to ground up, We serve as the central point of responsibility, ensuring the project is completed efficiently, on time, and to professional standards.

  • With the same standards that we practice on our commercial and residential jobs, Multi-Family projects are completed through our coordination of subcontractors, schedules and budgets, management of materials and site logistics, and confirmation that all units meet building codes, safety requirements, and design standards. BRC Group ensures consistent quality across all units while keeping the project on time and operating efficiently.

ABOUT BRC

Casey Reeves

Casey Reeves grew up in Washington’s Methow Valley before attending Washington State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management. After college, Casey built his experience in commercial construction projects including retail, hospitality, medical, and education across the Pacific Northwest.

After settling in Spokane with his wife, Emma, Casey has spent the last 10 years specializing in multifamily construction with focus on senior living, affordable housing, and permanent supportive housing projects. During this time, he also collaborated on a wide range of projects with organizations such as Catholic Charities, Plymouth Housing, and Volunteers of America.

With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Casey is excited to take on projects of his own, bringing a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and collaboration on every job.

In his spare time, Casey likes to be outdoors going on adventures with this wife and three kids. If he isn’t working in his shop or around his property, you can find him at the lake, playing golf, riding his mountain bike, or shooting his bow.
